Dishwasher – Starting $15 per hour

  • Operate dish machine to ensure highest quality of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Buses, sorts, rinses, and racks dishes
  • Places service ware in appropriate storage areas
  • Disposes of trash
  • Proper safety, care and maintenance of dish machine according to standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Salad Cook – Starting $16 per hour

  • Completes prep works and cleans, sanitizes, and sets up work station
  • Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards.
  • Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by head chef, sous chef, general manager.
  • Nights and weekend availability preferred

Prep Cook – Starting $16 per hour

  • Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment.
  • Completes all assigned prep work and sets up individual prep station.
  • Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by head chef, sous chef, general manager.
  • Nights and weekend availability preferred

Line Cook – Starting $16 per hour

  • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing ingredients.
  • Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Nights and Weekend availability preferred

Hostess – Starting $16 per hour

  • Greet and welcome guests in warm and friendly manner
  • Speak to inquiring customers on the phone and in person and answer any questions they may have.
  • Seat guests and manage seating charts to ensure proper service and dining flow
  • Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, rolling silverware, etc.
  • Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Nights and Weekend availability preferred
