Dishwasher – Starting $15 per hour
Salad Cook – Starting $16 per hour
- Completes prep works and cleans, sanitizes, and sets up work station
- Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards.
- Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by head chef, sous chef, general manager.
- Nights and weekend availability preferred
Prep Cook – Starting $16 per hour
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Completes all assigned prep work and sets up individual prep station.
- Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by head chef, sous chef, general manager.

Line Cook – Starting $16 per hour
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing ingredients.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Nights and Weekend availability preferred
Hostess – Starting $16 per hour
- Greet and welcome guests in warm and friendly manner
- Speak to inquiring customers on the phone and in person and answer any questions they may have.
- Seat guests and manage seating charts to ensure proper service and dining flow
- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, rolling silverware, etc.
- Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
